We're hiring an Account Executive to own enterprise sales into law firms. You'll work alongside the founders on top accounts and have an unusual amount of influence over how we go to market.

The category is wide open. Buyers know legacy eDiscovery is broken; the conversation is no longer 'should we change' but 'who do we change to.' Your job is to make the answer Standard Works.

What you'll do

  • Own the full sales cycle from outbound through close for enterprise law-firm accounts
  • Build and manage a pipeline of law firms, litigation boutiques, and in-house legal teams
  • Partner with our Sales Engineer on technical evaluations and pilots
  • Shape pricing, packaging, and GTM motion as one of the first sales hires

What we're looking for

  • You move fast and own your number without needing a manager to keep you on pace
  • You use modern AI tooling to research, write, and run your funnel — and you'd be embarrassed by anyone who doesn't
  • Strong written communication; you can put together a clean account plan or proposal without anyone editing it
  • Builder mindset — you want to define the playbook, not run someone else's
  • A track record of selling technical products to enterprise or legal-industry buyers

Bonus points

  • Prior role at Relativity, Everlaw, DISCO, Reveal, Lighthouse, or a similar vendor
  • Strong network in the legal industry
  • JD or paralegal background

Compensation

$200,000 – $260,000 OTE + 0.10% – 0.30% equity. Plus health, dental, vision, and a fully-stocked office in San Francisco.
