We work from our San Francisco office Monday through Saturday. Speed of iteration is our biggest advantage; in-person is how we keep it.

Code reaches customers in days, not quarters. Decisions get made in the room, in hours. There's no PM layer between you and the litigators using what you build.

We work alongside the lawyers and litigation teams using our product on active matters. Every engineer talks to customers. The roadmap is what we hear in those rooms.

Engineering
Software Engineer
Build the platform that's replacing legacy eDiscovery. Full-stack work across our Next.js frontend, FastAPI services, and the retrieval and AI infrastructure underneath.
Forward Deployed Engineer
Sit between our customers and the product. Onboard new firms, build bespoke workflows, and translate what you hear in the field into the next quarter of roadmap.
Go-to-Market
Sales Engineer
Run technical evaluations with litigation teams. Demo the product, design pilot programs, and answer the hard security and infrastructure questions that close deals.
Account Executive, Legal
Sell Standard Works into law firms and litigation boutiques. Own the deal cycle end to end — from outbound to close — for the next generation of eDiscovery.
