Is there a minimum?
Your first case has a $5,000 ingestion minimum, which is about 100,000 documents with AI ingestion. After that, cases have no per-case minimum; we simply ask for at least $5,000 in ingestion per year. Hosting never has a minimum.
Do you offer volume discounts?
Yes. Cases with more than 250,000 files qualify for discounted rates, so get in touch for a quote.
Do you offer free trials or pilots?
We offer paid pilots at 50% off our base rates, up to your first 50,000 files.
What models do you use for ingestion?
We use a proprietary blend of highly accurate models, chosen per task and updated several times a month. Every model we use is significantly more accurate than GPT-4o, GPT-4, and ChatGPT-4o.
How are documents counted?
Most documents count once, and long documents count more than once.
What about per-user fees or support tiers?
There aren't any. If a charge isn't listed above, we don't have it.
